Why would someone have to attend this school?

• Running a Red light (Regardless of having paid your fine to the courts)
• Under 18 and have received a ticket
• 8 to 12 points on your License
• DUI
• Out of State tickets that require Traffic Survival School (i.e., CA, NM, NV)

MVD gives you 60 days from the Date Action Begins, which you will find in the middle left side of the letter you received. You will receive a certificate at the end of the eight hour class. We will mail the yellow copy of that certificate into Motor Vehicle Division and they will enter your information into their system.
