Sign up NOW if you:
- were ticketed for a red light and paid the ticket
- received a ticket under the age of 18 and paid the ticket instead of attending Defensive Driving School
- have 8 - 12 points on your drivers license
- got a ticket out of state and that state requires traffic survival school
- received a DUI

Did you receive a letter?
MVD gives you 60 days from the Date Action Begins, or your drivers’ license will be suspended. You can find the Date Action Begins in the middle left side of the letter you received. Once you have completed the 8 hour class, you will receive a certificate and we will mail a copy of that certificate to Motor Vehicle Division and they will enter the information into their system.
Did you lose your letter?
Go to any MVD location and get a "Proof of Assignment." You must have one of these to get into class! If you have any questions, call us: 602-258-6366.
